GolfWise 4.1

Tawhero Golf Club, founded in 1932, sits next door to the privately run Rivercity Golf in Whanganui, and the two formally merged after Tawhero's membership had dwindled to around 70-80 and struggled with weak governance. The merged operation plans to remove the fencing between the two facilities, add a mini-putt course and rebuild membership numbers, aiming to restore the club's place in regional pennant competitions. It's very much a club in transition rather than a settled, long-established operation right now.
