4.1 Taieri Lakes Golf Club plays eighteen holes on Milners Road, having relocated from its original Gladfield Road site as the club grew and modernised over the decades. Small lakes scattered across the layout give the course its name and its defining hazards, set against the wider Taieri Plain landscape south of Dunedin. It has become one of the more established eighteen-hole options in the greater Dunedin area, distinct from the many smaller nine-hole clubs nearby.
