GolfWise 4.4

Poverty Bay Golf Club, known locally as Awapuni Links, was founded in April 1893 - the fifth club established in New Zealand and the second in the North Island. Narrow, undulating fairways and large, well-bunkered greens have earned it a reputation as one of the country's finer traditional links layouts, and its greens are regarded among the best in New Zealand. The Gisborne club regularly hosts championship events and has long served as a proving ground for the country's top amateur and professional players.
