4.4 Perched on a ridge at 200 metres elevation near Lake Omapere, Okaihau Golf Club has run its nine holes since 1928. Its name translates to "Feast of the Winds" - a fitting description for an exposed hilltop layout with views toward the Bay of Islands, where conditions can shift quickly depending on the day. It sits about 15 minutes from Kerikeri on the road toward Kaikohe.
