4.2 Millbrook Resort's Remarkables course was the resort's original eighteen holes, laid out in 1992 by John Darby and major champion Bob Charles and later renamed after the mountain range it looks out on near Arrowtown. Tussock, streams, schist stone and mature trees define this alpine-links layout, one of five different tee positions per hole letting golfers of any level find their level. Millbrook is the exclusive host of the New Zealand Open, staging the 2025 tournament from February 27 to March 2.
