4.2 Lakeview Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course on Rotorua's free-draining volcanic soil, its undulating fairways framed by native bush-clad gorges and views across Lake Rotorua to Mokoia Island and Mount Tarawera. Tui, bellbird and kereru are frequent company on the course, and a newly built clubhouse now sits alongside a covered driving range and golf shop run by NZPGA professional Josh Edwards.
