Kaituna
New Zealand > South Island > Canterbury
Kaituna Golf Club plays nine holes on the Kaitorete Spit, about 48 kilometres south of Christchurch off the Akaroa Highway. A firm, free-draining base of tussock and grass keeps it playable through wet Canterbury winters when other local courses close, making it a genuine all-weather alternative. A new greens irrigation system is currently being installed as the club continues improving what it calls the best condition the course has been in for years.
